The second year in a row, I was awarded together with my colleagues Alexander Koehn and Mathias Neugebauer by the Raw Science Film Festival in Los Angeles. The scientific documentary industry recognized the short film “Digital Medicine, Arts, and STEAM: BEFORE US LIES ETERNERDY”which won the “Industry Award for Best Infographic.”
The project was realized in collaboration with artists Ina Conradi and Mark Chavez, Media Art Nexus at NTU Singapore.

Besides, the web-based STEAM application “Inside Insight,” I realized with Sabrina Haase, Alexander Koehn and the artist Hannah Klatt was among the finalists in the category “Best Educational Media.”
The annual Raw Science Film Festival honors science-based media from around the world. The mission of the Festival is to ensure fact-based scientific experts stay at the forefront of popular culture.
